The coaching sessions with Wim have been so valuable to me and I know they will continue to be so. I still had some things to process and Wim played a crucial role in this, with how I perceive life right now. From chaos, to a balanced life. I have been able to process difficult moments in my life, which has made my life a lot more valuable. And I owe that to Wim's fine and professional coaching sessions. For me more than what a psychologist can offer!
I also participated in The Weekend. My advice is: do it! That is the only thing I can say! This is an experience that you will carry with you all your life and which has an enormous added value for your life. You get to know yourself better and you learn how other people see you, by doing all kinds of exercises. For me, the weekend was the icing on the cake after the 1-on-1 coaching sessions with Wim. Also thanks to Gerard, the other coach! It changed my life profoundly.

To this end, Wim set up a well-thought-out "Culture and Collaboration" program, which, in addition to bringing STRADE's values to life, reached a climax with the "Radical Collaboration" workshops: a not-to-be-missed personal experience for all our employees from Miami, Kuala Lumpur, Brisbane, Belgrade, London and Zurich.
Wim and Gerard managed, with a human approach, to give the team new insights into the deeper meaning of "collaboration." "Radical Collaboration" is now a standard element of our onboarding for new employees.

I got to know Wim at The Weekend as a sincere, driven and balanced trainer and coach. He knows how to make the training very personal with personal examples and he brings a lot of experience from the business world. In this way he connects very well with the dilemmas or struggles of the participants in the group.
Wim now facilitates the leadership program at Kees Smit together with San as a coach and trainer. Here I see many different sides of him, and Wim and San complement each other very well. They have translated our management team's vision on leadership from a workshop into a powerful, visual leadership model for our organization. And then they turned this into a wonderful leadership program.

What I liked most about Wim as a coach is that he understands very well which dilemmas I was facing in my work and private life and could really ask the right questions during our sessions. Right from the start, this made me feel at ease and well understood, which made it possible for me to have very open conversations.
Wim has a pleasant way of making you become very aware of your own unhelpful patterns and thoughts, in order to transform them into what you do want. I still use my 'Captain & Crew' every day to make the choices that empower me.
The combination of the sessions and the practical assignments in between leads to a clear focus on your predetermined goals. This has helped me to establish a better balance between personal and business interests and to be less strict with myself in the choices I want to make.
